- Development of cost effective and insight driven promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and Insight team
- Development and execution of channel and account plans for your customer
- Achievement of budget on Revenue, volume, Trading Contribution (TC) and Average Retail Price (ARP)
- Management of all investment lines, including promotional discounts, LTD & ADF spend to forecast
- Delivery of forecast on time and accurately.
- Delivery of great JBP’s that deliver Britvic Market share growth, customer forecast revenue and marginal contribution and customer profit
- Grow E-Com presence to outperform established store performance, ‘Clicks v Bricks’
- Operate internal systems (Xtel /SAC) to the maximum levels and achieve best in class system management
- Operate customer Toolkit system daily for NPD set up, forecasting, promotion deal approval, performance analysis
- Effectively managing monthly accruals and Invoicing
- Develop key relationships with influencers within your customer base
- Improve pull through of product into stores & manage the supply chain cost to serve
- Development of optimum range of new and core product listing range windows throughout the year
- Managing communication with Field Sales team, setting monthly targets, and sending out monthly promotion information

- Develop great team values and culture that improves performance
- Previous sales experience in FMCG industry
- Good knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels, and competition.
- Track record of overachieving KPIs / High performance achievement recognition
- Delivering outstanding Distribution/Space/Display across each account base managed
- Ability to demonstrate market share growth balanced with internal margin growth
- Field team / Group development background
- Degree in a business-related area. (Relevant experience may qualify)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
