Anderson Knight are delighted to be working on the appointment of a Financial Controller for our high-growth, scaling client. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting, controls and systems, while delivering accurate insights to drive performance and growth.Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly management accounts, reporting, and cashflow forecasting
Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Manage revenue recognition, balance sheet controls, and statutory processes
Provide commercial finance support on pricing, bids, and contract reviews
Analyse margins, recurring revenue metrics and SaaS KPIs
Improve finance processes, systems and controls for scale
Support board reporting, investor updates and fundraising due diligence
Establish and grow Finance function to cope with business growth
What We're Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Proven experience in a senior finance role within a growing business
Strong understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
Analytical mindset with excellent financial modelling skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
