Step up to a role where your skills will help spread the power of kindness.A day in the life of a Service Coordinator:
  • You will manage a small team of staff and volunteers ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
  • You will meet with our service users and assess their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups within the community or to manage a health condition, enabling them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
  • Line management of staff.
  • You will liaise with partnership agencies and stakeholders to promote the service and build meaningful relationships.
  • You will produce and maintain monthly reports.
To be a successful Service Coordinator:
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to get the best out of people?
  • Knowledge of staff line management.
  • Good communicator?
  • Knowledge of Health and Social Care services?
  • Manual UK driving licence, held for minimum of two years, and access to a vehicle? (mileage will be paid for use of own vehicle).
