- Digital marketing and optimising all digital channels (including social media)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues using Magento 2 in collaboration with third-party vendors
- Assist in website updates, improvements, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal user experience
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies for the ongoing improvement and management of the website
- Responsible for the design, build and send of all email marketing through our ESP
- Responsible for CRM and data management
- Content page creation
- Work alongside our external development agency to enhance user experience and functionality
- Support website testing and report any usability issues for continuous improvement
- Use Google Analytics, Clarity and Lookers Studio to monitor, report and optimise business performance
- Any other duties as deemed necessary
- Identify training needs
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and principles - Essential
- Knowledge of SEO principles to enhance online visibility (training given) - Desirable
- 1+ years' experience in B2B e-commerce in a similar role - Essential
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Shopping - Essential
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and manipulating csv files - Essential
- Proficient Magento 2 user - Essential
