- Identify prospects, set appointments and manage the customer onboarding process.
- Use a mix of direct cold / warm calling, direct email outreach, email campaigns and social media prospecting and networking
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through professional demos and objection handling.
- Book and complete 3 new business video meetings per week
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Report to the Sales Director with a clear understanding of KPIs, pipeline, and strategy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in Estate Agency (sales or lettings).
- Working experience in Proptech/tech sales or business development role.
- Ability to position a complex product set.
- Proven ability to generate new business.
