
Sales Development Representative

- 1 - 4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally B2B tech, media, broadband, or app vendors)
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads
- A good communicator who can quickly build rapport and nurture relationships
- Tech-curious - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should have an interest in how technology is shaping media, TV apps, and connectivity
- Self-motivated and driven - you like to take initiative, hit goals, and celebrate wins
- Local to our Shipley office - we thrive when we’re working together, so we’d like you to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Research and qualify leads to support our Commercial and Sales Engineering teams
- Book discovery meetings and help the Sales team build a strong pipeline
- Work closely with our Sales Director and senior team members to shape proposals and client approaches
- Learn about our services and the fast-moving industries we work in
- Base salary in the range of £30,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience (OTE + 50% of base salary)
