Business Development Manager – SaaS & Outsourced Solutions – Recruitment - Otley, Leeds – Up to £40k Basic + attractive uncapped commission + 1yr Recurring RevenueAn exciting opportunity for a driven, consultative sales professional to lead business growth in the recruitment sector, selling a comprehensive suite of SaaS and outsourced back-office solutions.In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and managing relationships with recruitment businesses and supplier organisations. You’ll represent a best-in-class product portfolio while enjoying the autonomy to build your own pipeline and take ownership of the full sales cycle.This is the perfect role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on consultative selling, enjoys building long-term relationships, and takes pride in exceeding targets.What’s in it for you?
  • Up to £40k basic salary (DOE)
  • Excellent commission structure + 1 year recurring revenue on accounts sold
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm (Hybrid 3:2)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities through calls, email, networking, and marketing leads
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a suite of SaaS and back-office products
  • Deliver persuasive product demos and presentations to clients
  • Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions that solve operational challenges
  • Manage leads through the pipeline with timely follow-ups and strong conversion rates
  • Negotiate terms, close deals confidently, and manage ongoing relationships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reports to management
  • Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience of recruitment or services provided into recruitment, ie payroll, funding etc
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Confident with CRM tools and sales technology
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and target-focused
  • Understanding of back-office operations or SaaS (advantageous but not essential)
