Medical Negligence Solicitor

- Run a varied claimant clinical negligence caseload end-to-end (pre-action to settlement/trial)
- Assist on complex, high-value matters: obstetric/neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, psychiatric care, catastrophic injury and fatal claims
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to experts/counsel; manage evidence and quantum
- Provide clear, empathetic client care and timely, pragmatic advice
- Collaborate with internal teams (rehabilitation, Court of Protection, PI) to deliver seamless service
- UK-qualified Solicitor (or FCILEX) with ~3+ PQE in claimant clinical negligence
- Demonstrable litigation experience and confident file ownership
- Strong drafting/analysis, organisation and stakeholder management
- Team-oriented, proactive and committed to quality
