We deliver a seamless, fast and trusted solution to these issues.Essential skills and experienceWe are currently looking for a mid to senior associate specialising in infrastructure finance. The role will involve:
  • Advising on complex, cross-border infrastructure and energy finance transactions across all debt products, including loan financings, multi-creditor platforms, platform financings, IPP financings, and equity bridge loans.
  • Work on a sector-agnostic range of transactions, including acquisition finance, long-term refinancing, securitisation platforms, and minority financings.
  • Take responsibility for drafting and negotiating key transaction documents (term sheets, facilities agreements, note purchase agreements, intercreditor agreements).
  • Supervise junior lawyers and manage assigned projects, ensuring smooth transaction processes from term sheet to post-closing.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers as part of a friendly, high-performing team.
Key Requirements:
  • UK-qualified infrastructure finance lawyer with 5+ years' PQE, ideally private practice experience
  • Strong understanding of complex financing structures and underlying assets.
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in private practice.
  • Confident negotiator and effective team player.
  • Experience managing deal teams and supervising junior associates/trainees
