- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Represent Assetz Capital at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our services are competitive and relevant
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
- Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to the management team
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial or lending industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel as needed
