- Overseeing and conducting vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and complex repairs following manufacturers' guidelines.
- Leading and mentoring junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
- Communicating with Vehicle Service Receptionists to discuss required repairs and time estimates.
- Ensuring accurate and detailed maintenance and repair records are kept.
- Testing repaired systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
- Managing workshop resources effectively to meet job deadlines and enhance productivity.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and customer service standards.
