- Developing and coaching cultural change initiatives aimed at achieving Zero Stops & Zero Waste.
- Acting as a performance partner to operations managers, shift managers, and Packaging Team Leaders with joint accountability for line scorecard results (Safety/Quality/Cost/Service).
- Implementing and coaching sustainable deployment of MMS practices, leading at least one practice at the line/hall level.
- Facilitating plant and process problem-solving efforts using tools like Loss & Waste analysis, RCPS, DMAIC.
- Coaching line teams on troubleshooting tools to enhance their capabilities.
- Providing performance data to drive continuous improvement activities into weekly planning meetings.
- Supporting line teams in driving an integrated approach to continuous improvement at T1 & T2 levels.
- Leading strategic improvement projects using methodologies like 5Why, FT-DMAIC, Yellow Belt, Green Belt.
- Driving the loss & waste agenda by providing data insights and strategies for prioritizing improvements.
- Supporting capital expenditure projects by acting as the key interface with contractors on asset/process improvements.
