- The Rockstar Workplace Services (WPS) team ensures that our workplace, facilities, and services work seamlessly to support the core business.
- We create a safe, creative, and supportive environment for all Rockstar staff.
- We manage and develop both hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, and space strategy.
- We ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance.
- We collaborate with senior leadership to drive real estate growth, leasehold improvements, and capital expenditure projects.
- Serve as a key point of contact for WPS communications. Log, prioritise, and delegate workplace issues to the appropriate team member or contractor, tracking them through to resolution.
- Proactively identify, prioritise, and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations of WPS contracts and services (e.g., cleaning, waste, drinks), ensuring consistently high standards.
- Conduct regular site checks and audits to maintain service quality.
- Maintain trackers and management systems, producing reports for WPS and other support teams as needed.
- Support procurement and administration of WPS, including coordination of team and project purchase orders.
- Produce and manage facilities documentation in line with company standards.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the building and facilities.
- Degree-level education or equivalent vocational training and experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a workplace operations or administration role, ideally within complex environments.
- Proven experience managing service contracts.
- Strong understanding of current safety legislation and best practices.
- Detail-oriented, flexible self-starter with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong planning and project management abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Process-driven and outcome-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement and accurate documentation.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and seek guidance when necessary.
- Experience in overlapping support areas such as IT, administration, or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong numerical and IT skills.
- IWFM or IFMA qualification.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Occasional weekend and early/evening out of core hours work will be required.
