An opportunity to join our fantastic Paediatric Capacity Team on a full time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic children's nurse to work within the team.Main duties of the jobThe role of the Patient Capacity Manager is to ensure flow through The Royal London Children's hospital is safe, timely and co-ordinated.   • Significant post registration experience within an acute paediatric setting.
  • Experience of facilitating clinical decision making and the application of professional judgement in clinical situations
  • Awareness of professional responsibilities

  • Previous site management/ bed management experience.

  • Knowledge of NHS policy and strategic changes to healthcare
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload and workload of others
