- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design clear, actionable reporting solutions
- Leading the development of scalable data models, dashboards, and visualisations
- Supporting the migration of legacy processes to a new cloud-based data platform
- Playing a key role in BI architecture, tooling decisions, and solution design
- Mentoring BI developers, setting coding standards, and improving team delivery
- Optimising performance, maintaining documentation, and embedding best practices

- Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Confident liasing with stakeholders and presenting to senior management
- Strong SQL and experience with ETL tools (e.g. SSIS, DBT, AWS Glue)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modelling principles
- Experience with modern platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Great communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
- A passion for data and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Exposure to AWS (e.g. S3, Lambda), Python or R, or tools like Amazon QuickSight or ThoughtSpot
- Familiarity with big data tools and data governance frameworks
