- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, particularly within the professional services industry.
- A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and securing business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the Cardiff market is advantageous but not essential.
- A competitive salary range of £67,500 to £82,500 per annum.
