Management Accountants!Elite Recruitment are looking for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing and super friendly successful company based in Exeter. This role is a full time permanent role, offering a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, along with some amazing benefits such as:- Contributory pension & life assurance- Flexitime & cycle to work scheme- Free eye tests & staff discounts- ongoing training & development supportIn this role you will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and will be office based.As a Management Accountant your role will include:
  • Month-end close and preparation of management accounts & reports
  • Analytical review of financial results and control of ledgers & registers
  • Stock reconciliations and oversight of accruals/prepayments
  • VAT returns (UK & Ireland) and French Direct Debit collections
  • Treasury management across multiple accounts and currencies
  • Supporting year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation
  • Collaborating on ERP, reporting, and process improvements
What We’re Looking for:
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Manufacturing and ERP experience desirable, but not essential
  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), or be part qualified and working towards completion.
  • A working knowledge of SQL Reporting / Microsoft Power Query
