The Role Were looking for an experienced and values-driven Head of Quality to join our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Division and lead on the quality, safety and assurance agenda across the region. Reporting to the Divisional Quality Director, you will be at the forefront of ensuring clinical excellence across our urgent care pathways. Youll oversee clinical governance processes, lead assurance activity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our services - supporting safe, patient-centred care at every level. Youll bring deep clinical insight and experience, ideally from an IUC or urgent care background, and be confident in applying that knowledge to investigations, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.
