In this vital position, you will be the cornerstone of support for students with SEN, helping them to thrive and achieve their personal best. Your key responsibilities will include:*Delivering one-on-one and small group support to meet individual educational and care needs.
*Working alongside teachers to adapt and create engaging, accessible learning activities.
*Cultivating a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere for every child.
*Nurturing positive social skills and behaviours to boost student confidence and interaction.
*Teaming up with teachers, specialists, and therapists to implement holistic support plans.The Perfect Fit:

*Previous experience in a school setting (6+ months ideal)
