- GCSEs (Level 4/C - Maths and English) equivalent qualifications or relevant experience which demonstrates equivalent academic skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- Able to provide high quality reports.
- Able to use processes to manage data and information requests in a sensitive and confidential manner.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity across large, complex datasets.
- Able to analyse, interpret and communicate data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable way.
- Committed to continuous improvement and embedding a culture of data informed decision making.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Able to act as an ambassador for the overall work of the charity.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Driving license and have access to a car.
- Ability to input, extract and interpret data.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages and reporting systems (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Zoho).
- Sound knowledge of data protection legislation (GDPR) and its practical application.
- Knowledge and use of reporting functions within RADAR Healthcare.
- Management of patient record systems
- Previous development and management of dashboard reporting functions.
- Working understanding of medical terminology and procedures used within a healthcare setting.
- Charity sector experience.
