- On-the-Road Experience: When not conducting training, you will be actively driving as a delivery driver, gaining firsthand experience.
- Comprehensive Training: Facilitate general training sessions covering standards, OPS 35's, OPS 35A's, SSOW training, and safety conversations.
- Driver Assessments: Conduct assessments for drivers and drivers mates to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Record Management: Ensure that the training matrix and records are consistently updated and maintained for accuracy.
- Cross-Site Support: Assist other sites with their training needs as required, contributing to the ongoing development of current staff through effective coaching.
- Class 2 License: Valid and current Class 2 driving license is required.
- Tacho/CPC Compliance: Up-to-date tachograph and CPC qualifications are essential.
- Training Experience: Previous experience as a DDA desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microlise, Tachomaster, and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
