Salary: Up to £47,000 + BenefitsJoin a leading Facilities Management company as an HVAC Engineer working on a static site in Wimbledon. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across both the depot and trains, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.BenefitsSalary up to £47,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate healthcareMonday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMStable, long-term role on a single siteResponsibilitiesMaintain, service, and repair HVAC systems across the depot and trainsDiagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtimeConduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsWork closely with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operationsCarry out installation, replacement, and fitting of HVAC components (valves, motors, pumps, fans, coils, filters, etc.)Perform pipework brazing, soldering, and fabrication as required for system modifications or repairsHandle refrigerants safely, including recovery, charging, leak detection, and pressure testing in line with F-Gas regulationsUndertake performance testing and commissioning of repaired or new HVAC systemsKeep detailed maintenance and service records for compliance and auditing purposesRequirementsHVAC qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)F-Gas certification (essential)Experience working on commercial HVAC systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyIf you're an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a secure role with excellent benefits and the opportunity to work on a unique static site, we'd love to hear from you.
