- CCAB qualified/IT qualification or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of financial systems and digital developments

- Extensive experience of working with NHS Financial Systems such as Oracle EBS and Qlik Sense.
- Significant experience and knowledge across a range of Finance/Digital systems
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, interpretation and judgement skills on complex issues
- Knowledge of NHS Financial Policies and Procedures across the Finance discipline

- Excellent technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
