– Undertake work within legislative frameworks, preparing reports and court representations as necessary.
– Make complex decisions and manage risks within your caseload, utilising professional judgement and evidence-based tools.
– Communicate effectively in complex or high-risk situations to ensure clarity and resolution.
– Actively participate and represent the department in multidisciplinary forums, sometimes taking on the role of Chair.
– Collaborate with service users, carers, and families, facilitating interagency safeguarding policies and procedures.
– Conduct assessments, plan individual support plans, and coordinate responses to meet individual needs.
