CrewkerneA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer seeking their next career move at a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Dorset market who are known for its supportive and professional development-focused culture.This position involves managing a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling all aspects of commercial property and land law.
  • Managing transactions independently while supporting junior lawyers and staff.
  • Networking and business development to promote the firm.
About You:
  • 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid technical expertise in commercial property
  • Proven experience of managing a busy caseload and working to targets.
  • Ambitious, with an interest in career progression-this firm's clear pathway for progression makes this an excellent long-term opportunity.
