- Supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks as required.
- Generating quotes on excel for the sales team.
- Creating order acknowledgements and processing orders.
- Answering incoming calls to the sales department.
- Assisting in the creation of marketing material.
- Using Mailchimp to create and send out marketing emails.
- Providing content for B2B and internal newsletters.
- Assisting in the organisation of exhibitions and internal events.
- Liaising with their social media company to provide content for social media.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining the company website.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flawless written English.
- A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
