Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion. Translate propositions into multichannel campaigns to support sales. Create detailed GTM plans with timelines, resources, and success metrics. Collaborate with web leads and Digital Product Owners to align content and buyer assets with execution strategies. Partner with digital teams to ensure best-in-class customer journeys and accurate representation of product features across digital touchpoints.Planning & Analysis:
Align with product marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback, sales data, and market trends into GTM execution. Apply a deep understanding of ICP to tailor messaging and activities. Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing across channels and messaging. Use marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to extract insights and support strategic decision-making.Sales Enablement & Support:
Create sales collateral, battle cards, and training materials for sales teams (including SDR/BDR). Develop outbound marketing content to support self-generated outreach and demand generation. Partner with sales leadership to ensure effective tool adoption and process adherence.Customer Engagement:
Coordinate with customer success teams to gather feedback and improve product-market fit. Support thought leadership initiatives through events, webinars, and content marketing. Drive creation of case studies and ROI statements to enhance digital and sales campaigns.Your skills and experiences might also include:Experience & Expertise: Minimum 3+ years in go-to-market execution, content marketing, or marketing operations, with a proven track record in B2B product launches. Experience in hospitality, B2B SaaS, or tech companies with complex product portfolios is desirable.Skills & Tools: Strong ideation and content creation abilities, adaptable across audiences and channels. Proficient in AI tools and prompt engineering, marketing automation platforms, CMS systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and design tools (e.g., Canva). Familiarity with web content management, optimization practices, and event coordination.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and experience working with multiple stakeholders across launch timelines. Background in digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: KPI-driven mindset with expertise in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
