- Collaborating with global teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align on release content and timelines.
- Leading or contributing to cross-functional meetings to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Communicating clearly with restaurants about deployment plans and progress.
- Ensuring deployment stability by working closely with product owners, QA teams, and vendors.
- Managing risk and readiness in partnership with the Environment Officer.
- Supporting the Innovation & Adoption team to ensure new features are intuitive and embraced by crew, customers, and franchisees.
- Prioritising testing backlogs in line with product roadmaps.
- Coordinating effective piloting and national rollouts of new features.
- Feeding back on issues and improvements to enhance future deployments.
- Proven experience in product/software deployment and lifecycle management.
- A track record of delivering stable, frequent releases across a diverse estate.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A curious, analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
