- Help Implement sustainability strategy and embed sustainability by design into everything we do.
- Contribute to the best practice development based on the results of the internal sustainability footprint assessment.
- Contribute to data collection of a global business, including Scope 1, 2 & 3.
- Work with the supply chain to collect crucial data for suppliers.
- Implement carbon reduction projects.
- Work on delivering environmental certificates and documentation.
- Report sustainability trends against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and provide creative alternatives and recommendations to maximize positive impact and support continued development and execution of our sustainability strategies (internal & external focus).
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on sustainability status.
- Drive process improvement and internal initiatives that result in positive impact on sustainable practices adoption.
- Monitor industry trends, standard methodologies and emerging technology advancements in carbon emissions and sustainability to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Other tasks to support the team and wider business as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or other related fields of study.
- Proven professional experience in Sustainability or Environmental management.
- Well informed in current sustainability subjects and business environments
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills with acute attention to detail
- A roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and willingness to “pitch in” attitude.
- Confident communicator with a dynamic and flexible attitude with the ability to create rapport to work with people at all levels in the organisation.
