This family-run restaurant-with-rooms offers a warm, creative dining experience rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a deep connection to the land. Recently featured in the Michelin Guide, the kitchen operates to a standard comparable with one star — though without the pressure of chasing accolades.We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a small, ambitious team under a Head Chef with a background in some of the world’s top kitchens, including experience in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants.
