Pay: £166.50 to £180 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications & client rate available)Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? Academics, acting as a recruitment agency, is currently recruiting for experienced SEN Teachers to work in a range of schools across Cardiff.This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals seeking flexible working arrangements or looking to gain experience in different educational settings. For the right candidate, permanent positions may also become available.About the Role:*Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH)
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and SENCOs
*Create an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment
*Adapt learning materials to suit individual pupil needsWhat We're Looking For:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
*A minimum of 6 months' teaching experience in an SEN setting
*Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management
*A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one through Academics
*Relevant safeguarding and child protection training (we can assist with this if needed)What We Offer:*Daily pay between £160 to £190, inclusive of holiday pay, based on your experience, training, qualifications and the rate available from the client
