Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a CYPT team in Barnsley Council.
This role will entail managing a children's social work team of 7 workers, with 1 Advanced Practitioner. The key role is managing complex safeguarding situations, driving effective performance and supporting workers to produce good quality assessment and intervention work.
