This multi-office Cambridgeshire firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, friendly and supportive team.Due to expansion the firm are seeking an individual with 5+ PQE to undertake a high value and complex caseload. The work is varied and ranges from acquisitions and disposals of new multi-million pound development sites (both commercial and residential) to acting for occupiers. You will have experience in:

Commercial leases/occupiers (grants/surrenders/assignments/ LTA 54 renewals)
Grant of easements
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Options and overage
Property finance
Conditional sale agreements
Site assembly
Collaboration/JV agreements
Promotion agreements
Acting for landowners in respect of sales to developers
