  • Working within a three-form entry EYFS classroom, sharing planning and meeting the needs of the year group with the other EYFS teachers.
  • Working alongside and supporting a highly committed and caring staff team.
  • Working alongside the SLT and SENDCo to support children with additional needs.
  • Liaising with staff in terms of adapting plans to suit individual needs, providing feedback to staff regarding pupils, and maintaining records for pupils.
  • Opportunities to lead extra-curricular activities, such as after-school clubs.
  • Leading a subject across our school (if appropriate)

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Recent professional development appropriate to the role
Desirable Qualifications
  • Successful completion of induction period (NQT induction/Two year ECT period)
  • First Aid qualification
Essential Experience
  • Successful experience of effective teaching within the primary phase and across key stages.
  • Recent and relevant experience of teaching the National Curriculum
Desirable Experience
  • Core subject leadership
  • Interest in working within EYFS is desirable (but not essential)
