We're looking for experienced SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one, tailored education to children and young people with a variety of additional needs. This is your opportunity to support students in overcoming barriers and achieving success-both academically and personally.What You'll Be DoingCreating a Safe Learning Space: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.Designing Personalised Learning Plans: Adapt your teaching to meet each student's unique strengths, needs, and goals.Collaborating with Families: Work closely with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support beyond the classroom.Fostering Growth and Confidence: Deliver engaging, empathetic lessons that build resilience, self-esteem, and academic achievement.Leading by Example: Promote positive behaviours and values that encourage lifelong learning and personal development.What You'll BringQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we're committed to helping children and young people overcome challenges and thrive.
