- Asset Management: Maintain and organise the digital marketing asset & printed collateral library, ensuring easy access to up-to-date materials for the team and sales organization.
- Translations: Coordinate and manage the translation of marketing materials to support global campaigns and ensure brand consistency across regions.
- Sales Support: Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, such as business cards, brochures, branded items, demo and training materials, to sales teams and distributors.
- Contacts: Support CRM and email marketing activities by preparing contact lists, uploading content, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and clarity across the team.
- Project Coordination: Track and manage timelines for marketing deliverables, helping team members meet deadlines and priorities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital asset management systems, or CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to learn about the marketing process.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
