This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking either part-time or full-time hours, ideally working 4 or 5 full days per week. The company is looking to invest in the right person long-term, with a view to offering a permanent position after an initial temporary period.The Role – Administrator: You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. Your duties will include:
- Completing forms and inputting data accurately
- Checking figures using Excel
- Producing documents and reports
- Managing and updating customer files
- Sending information and correspondence to clients
- Answering calls and taking clear, detailed messages
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A friendly and proactive approach to work
- The ability to work well both independently and within a small team
- Hourly Rate: £12.50 + holiday pay + pension
- Working Hours: Ideally 4 or 5 full days (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday
- Flexibility: Some flexibility available for the right person
