- Develop and implement compliance and risk management frameworks across the organisation.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements within this sector.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on risk-related matters.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of compliance training programmes for staff.
- Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors where necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance and risk performance for the board.
- Lead a team to drive a culture of compliance and accountability across departments.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management principles, ideally within a similar industry but our client is flexible.
- Proven ability to implement and oversee regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Professional qualifications in compliance, risk management, or a related field are advantageous.
