Contract: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are looking for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who thrives in a client-facing environment and is keen to progress into an adviser role in the future. This is a dedicated paraplanning position focussing on delivering high-quality technical support and working closely with Financial Advisers to help shape and deliver outstanding financial planning solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings, where required, with advisers to support the advice process and build rapport.
- Prepare detailed financial plans, cash flow models, and suitability reports.
- Conduct technical research and due diligence on financial products, platforms, and providers.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Support the implementation of financial recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
- Experience in a paraplanning role within financial services or wealth management.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client interaction.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning tools.
