We’ll ensure you have the support and training you need so you can build a career in whichever direction you choose.‹THE OPPORTUNITy‹We're looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team.​Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Good personal presentation and hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean section.
Broad range of knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients
