- You will deepen your understanding of the business needs of the markets and priority clients, and develop business solutions to maximize the value of Seedtag's products and solutions for our clients, e.g., LAB, Insights, In-Stream, Full Funnel product solutions.
- You will collaborate with commercial leadership in developing priority client proposals and offers, focusing on product-led value propositions.
- You will participate in key client/partner presentations and maintain excellent relationships throughout the identified priority client accounts.
- You will provide leadership to inspire the Sales Team; be a vocal member in bringing new ideas and solutions to our offering.
- You will support Sales Marketing requests for relevant opportunities, e.g., big presentations, tentpole events, vertical decks, JBPs, etc.
- You will, together with the Global Head of Analytics and Research, execute the development and implementation of our Measurement and Analytics solutions across international accounts and global territories.
- You will, together with the Strategy team, be the local expert on the Seedtag Product GTM.
- You will be an active and focal member of the Growth team, ensuring that the team's influence continues to grow.
- You have +6 years of experience in AdTech.
- You have experience in product, analytics, and/or ad operations.
- You have understanding and experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting.
- You have experience in developing and selling client solutions.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- You have team management skills and you are a team player.
- You have the ability to develop and implement strategic plans according to each market.
- You have ability to work in a fast-growth environment.
- You have a strong background in developing and managing commercial relationships.
- You have excellent presentation and listening skills. Must have the ability to present at Director and above level.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and be credible in complex discussions and negotiations.
- You have a highly self-motivated and objective-driven mindset.
- You have a business-minded approach, comfortable in driving for consistent growth, and thrive under pressure of moving targets/multiple responsibilities.
