- Promote diabetes care products and digital ecosystem to healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders across Trusts, ICBs, and PCNs.
- Deliver patient education and support on product usage and benefits.
- Train HCPs on interpreting glucose profile reports and using digital reporting tools and applications.
- Build strategic partnerships with target accounts, aligning solutions with local healthcare needs and guidance.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to increase product adoption and formulary pull-through.
- Leverage customer advocacy and collaborate with consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payers, and patient associations.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement account plans and grow market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
