- Qualify leads by understanding partner goals, then tee up high-potential meetings for Account Executives
- Set the stage for standout Zoom or in-person meetings that convert into long-term relationships
- Keep your pipeline organized and active in Salesforce so every lead is tracked and ready to move
- Share insights on local market trends, competition, and opportunities to fine-tune your outreach
- Partner closely with the sales team to test strategies, share wins, and continually raise the bar
- Bring positive energy to a fast-moving team where curiosity, grit, and collaboration fuel success
- Fluent in Spanish and English, as this role will work with our Spanish Speaking markets as well as our United Kingdom markets
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly, whether over the phone or in writing
- Naturally curious and energized by sparking new conversations with potential partners
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a track record of follow-through
- Open to feedback and motivated by growth in a high-performance, team-first environment
- Comfortable navigating CRMs like Salesforce (bonus points if you've used it before)
