- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with commercial objectives and goals
- Oversee fully integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms
- Oversee and manage relationships with key external agencies including digital, PR, website, and design partners - ensuring effective delivery and brand alignment
- Drive digital and content strategy, including website performance, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, and online reputation management, with a focus on engagement, loyalty, and conversion
- Develop and optimise CRM and email strategies to support customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and personalised communications that drive repeat business and guest retention
- Own the strategy, performance, and continuous optimisation of the resort's website, ensuring it is visually compelling, user-friendly, mobile-optimised, and aligned with brand standards
- Lead and develop the in-house multi-disciplinary marketing team (currently 4 FTEs), ensuring clear goals, strong collaboration, and a focus on both short- and long-term revenue generation fostering a culture of innovation
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency, financial accountability, and delivery against key KPIs and ROI targets
- Use market intelligence, data analytics, and performance insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts
- Represent the Marketing function at senior leadership meetings, contributing to commercial planning and cross-functional initiatives
- Lead on performance reporting, analysing results, providing actionable insights, and continuously refining strategies based on outcomes
- Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans at both national and international levels, aligned with commercial objectives, brand positioning, and targeted audience segmentation
- In-depth expertise in digital marketing, including content strategy, SEO, website optimisation, social media, email marketing, CRM, and online reputation management
- Strong commercial acumen, with proven success in managing marketing budgets, measuring ROI, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Google and Bing certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads) are highly desirable, demonstrating up-to-date platform knowledge and campaign management capability
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics (including GA4) and other tools to track performance, extract insights, and optimise campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and experiential marketing, from concept to execution
- Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail, skilled in generating compelling ideas and producing effective, brand-aligned copy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, including executive leadership.

- A degree or formal qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of managing high-performing teams
- Experience within the hospitality, luxury, or tourism industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A blend of analytical ability and creative flair, with a data-driven approach to marketing performance and innovation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
- A customer-centric mindset with strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of guest expectations in the hospitality sector
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) accreditation or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
