Senior Electronics Repair Engineer - Up to £45,000 per annumPermanent RoleNorthampton based company with some overseas travelDo you have an avid interest in Electronics? do you enjoy the challenges of repairing equipment? if so this opportunity could be for you.We are currently looking for a Senior Electronics Repair Engineer or Technician to join a well established business within the Electronics Sector. As a Senior Repair Engineer you will work on the repair and testing of industrial electronic equipment.The RoleThe main fuctionality of the role will consist of the following
  • Diagnostics and repair of electronic equipment.
  • Working with components such as PLC's PCB's, Servo Drives and HMI Panels
  • Testing repaired equipment to assess its functionality
  • Sone product analysis work
  • Working with soldering equipment and measuring instruments.
  • Updating technical documentation of work that has been caried out and completed.
  • Working as a part of a team.
  • The opportunity to work overseas.
The PersonTo be considered for this role the successful candidate will have the following
  • Have a passion for electronics
  • Be experienced in the repairing of electronics at component level
  • Be familiar working with PLC's PCB's Servo Drives and HMI Panels.
  • Relevant knowledge of electronic components and circuitry
  • The ability to interpret measurement and test data correctly
  • Someone who wants to grown and who is not adverse to continuous improvements and learning
