Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly team of 7.The company will be moving into a new purpose-built warehouse and office facility in South Molton in Autumn 2025, so applicants must hold a valid driving license.Role OverviewAs a B2B Customer Sales Administrator, you will manage around 20 long-standing customers, ensuring their projects run smoothly from initial enquiry to delivery. You will build strong relationships, process orders, liaise with internal departments, and ensure clients receive outstanding service at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customersTake project briefs and liaise with internal specialists for heat calculations, underfloor heating, and MVHR designsProduce client proposals and quotationsProcess sales orders using SageCoordinate deliveries with the logistics teamLiaise with suppliers, purchasing, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and keep clients informedRespond to customer enquiries regarding stock, progress, and pricingManage returns in line with company policy, ensuring quick resolutionMaintain accurate CRM records and internal databasesCarry out general office administration including filing, booking meetings, and ordering suppliesProvide basic IT maintenance (printer, computer troubleshooting)Represent the company at trade shows, liaising with other businesses and potential customersUndertake B2B email and telephone sales campaigns to support new businessSupport the company LinkedIn channel with content and responsesRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service, account management, or sales administration roleExperience in heating systems and/or renewable energy is essentialStrong relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProactive, organised, and detail-orientedCompetent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookFull UK driving licenseApplication Process
