  • Deliver engaging and relevant lessons in line with the KS4 and KS5 Business Studies curriculum, including GCSE and A-Level Business
  • Foster critical thinking and commercial awareness through case studies, market analysis, and entrepreneurial projects
  • Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning and team collaboration
  • Use a range of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
  • Contribute to the wider school community through enterprise events, business competitions, and cross-curricular initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting student development
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and student wellbeing
  • Possess strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
