- Managing production and day by day intervention on machine in the most efficient manner possible whilst ensuring the output according with the target
- Co-ordinate the 24 hours shift including holiday and absence cover
- Manage and maintain die-cutting equipment
- Control and manage spare parts inventory
- Liaise with external suppliers for maintenance and repairs
- Actively participate in the company's TPM (Continuous Improvement) programme
- Compile and deliver weekly management and ad-hoc reports, including: OEE, Downtime Analysis, Loss Tree Reports, Action Plans and Quality Complaint Investigations
- Provide support to other members of the Maintenance Department
- Utilise the SAP system (to go live April 2026) for maintenance and reporting
- Formal qualification in Mechanical and Electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in report generation (Access/Excel)
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a track record of implementing effective, long-term solutions
- Experience in process improvement to prevent recurring issues
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organised
