- Operating heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.
- Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently.
- Following detailed work instructions, process sheets, and quality procedures.
- Monitoring temperature cycles, recording process data, and reporting anomalies.
- Supporting general manufacturing operations when required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe working area and adhering to health & safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Understanding of heat treatment or metal processing advantageous (training provided).
- Ability to read and follow written and diagrammatic instructions.
- A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to support across the team.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00.
