- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and reports for restructuring projects.
- Support the team in conducting business reviews and assessing financial viability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and documentation for clients and internal use.
- Monitor ongoing restructuring engagements and provide updates to senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.
- Conduct market and industry research to support advisory recommendations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the organisation.
- Experience in Restructuring Advisory and / or Insolvency in a similar role e.g. Assistant Manager
- Proficient user of case management system e.g. IPS or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial situations.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and report preparation.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
